itfaqna is for freelancers, studios and service providers who need to define a project’s scope with a client. It includes editable templates for website design, video editing and social media management.
02Does my client need an account?
No. Clients open the agreement link, review the deliverables, price and terms, then confirm or decline without signing up. Anyone holding the link can view it and submit a pending decision, so share it only with the intended recipient.
03What belongs in a scope of work agreement?
Include the project and client names, specific deliverables, exclusions, project value and currency, an agreed deadline if applicable, and revision rounds. Add any conditions that affect delivery to the notes.
04What if a client asks for work outside the agreement?
Check the deliverables and exclusions first. Drafts can be edited, but published details remain fixed. Make a new copy with the revised scope and price, then share it for a new confirmation.
05Are my project details automatically translated?
No. You can switch the interface between Arabic, French and English. Project titles, deliverables and notes you write remain in their original language.
06Does itfaqna provide legal signatures or collect payments?
itfaqna records scope and confirmation. It does not provide identity-verified electronic signatures, payment processing or collection guarantees. Displayed agreement value is not a payment received, and confirmation is not a legal guarantee.
